What to Expect:

Each Light Session is a spiraling journey inward; a cosmic reflection of the light traveler’s unique presence through the fractal perspective of light.

The wide-spectrum solid light of the central halogen bulb is reminiscent of the sun. This opens ones energetic system, relaxing the light traveler while inviting them into the experience. The flickering light of the LEDs invite the brain into entrainment (increased alpha, theta and gamma waves) and ultimately into coherence - a harmonic brain state found in advanced meditators.

As the light guide, Katrina will hold space so the journeyer may feel safe to deeply let go into their experience. As an added benefit to your light session, Katrina offers an Intuitive Reading (IR). This service is complementary; elevating your session past the average light experience. The IR’s are available for both Individual and Group Sessions.







Individual Light Sessions:

Individual sessions create a working relationship with the light and the many layers of yourself with a focus on your subconscious (intuition). Individual Sessions allow one to work through obstacles one may be facing in an intimate setting. The light is based solely over your 3rd eye (though not limited to other chakras if requested). 

Experiencing a series of individual sessions often leads one back to themselves; the empowered, strong, loving being you truly are. Individual Sessions are a gateway to understanding one’s self in a deeply profound and intimate way while ushering in deep healing to our many layers. Through this magic of self-alignment, one may access, experience and feel the universal energy that flows through every living thing; rooting each of us deeply and profoundly to ourselves, our inner light as well as the light-filled world we live in. 

Your first Individual Light Session:

A typical session lasts 60 – 90 minutes (including 30-60 minutes of light).

Step 1 - Tuning In:

·         Music - light travelers are offered a selection of music to couple with their session. Music enhances the experience as the mind combines the two stimuli, generating synesthesia – the experience of seeing music. Light travelers can choose from our offered selections (such as solfeggio frequencies) or bring their own music (without lyrics is recommended).

·         Breath – bringing focus to one’s breath is recommended. One may also use their own relaxation/meditation techniques to quiet the mind and let go of expectations. 

·         Demos – as one begins to relax while listening to the selected music, we will begin with 3 short introductions to the light (the demos). The first demo lasts 2+ minutes, the second 3+minutes and the third 5+minutes. After each demo, Katrina will check in with the light traveler to see how comfortable each experience felt. Feedback will help determine which session (of the over 100 sessions) would work best for each individual in the current moment. 

Step 2 – Primary Session:

·         Let Go - during the primary session, the initial intention is to let go. Let go of any fears, expectations, thoughts, etc. Allow the light in, simply relax and enjoy the beauty of your subconscious.

·         Trust - each session is completely different and unique. It’s important to trust that you will get exactly what you need in your session. The light meets you wherever you’re at and aids in supporting whatever it is you’re going through in the moment. 

Step 3 - Welcome Back:

·         Coming Back - after the light turns off, take your time coming back. Slowly return your awareness to your body. Take time to notice and reflect the differences that you perceive in your body and mind. And when you are ready, open your eyes.

·         Share - sharing your experience with your light guide often helps bring further understanding and remembering. Feel free to ask questions. 

·         IR – after you feel complete in sharing your experience, Katrina will offer her IR (Intuitive Reading). Clients report their IR being an important aspect to understanding the depths of their sessions and integrating the meaning into their lives. 

·         Grounding - we recommend you take at least 30 minutes to simply be present before picking up your phone or driving a car. Meditating or journaling are recommended at this point. Taking a walk and eating a light snack will help ground you before continuing your day. 

·         Water - drink plenty of water as energy has been moved and cleared throughout your system. Drinking water will continue to flush your system. 

 

Note: While 1 session with the Lucia N°03 can be powerful, a series of 5 or more sessions (with 1-3 sessions a week) is recommended to experience the full range of benefits, to shift your nervous system and the way your brain responds to stressful situations. Each session with the Lucia N°03 is unique. With every additional session, one learns how to go deeper into the experience and light travelers report having even more profound journeys. 





Group Light Sessions:


Group Sessions create a fun, playful and bonding dynamic between participants. Meditation groups, families, couples and even business partners have come together to experience the light in unison. Participants have reported feeling the group’s energy move throughout each individual and weave together a connecting closeness during their experience. The light is diluted amongst the participants of the group, usually allowing for a less intense experience. Group light participants report the weaving of energy throughout the group helping one understand the deep weaving we play with the world and the greater connections we have throughout.

Additional Options: There are many combinations available to couple with your group light experience including; art therapy, gong baths, sound healing, ancestral impressions and shamanistic drumming. Please inquire for further information, availability and pricing.  

Your Group Light Session Experience (for 2-6 people): 

Group light sessions typically take around 60-120 minutes, including about 30-60 minutes of light.


Step 1 – Tuning In:

·         Intro – Katrina will introduce the Lucia light, the group members, the experience and answer any questions.

·         Music - played through speakers, (or prior arrangements can be made for live sound healing - this is an additional, but powerful, service.)

·         Demos – demos are optional for a Group. The group experiences breath-work and a 2 minute light demonstration session.  After the first 2 minutes, Katrina will check in with the group and explore options; seeing if the collective would like to try a more intense demo(s), or move right into the primary session. 

Step 2 – Primary Session:

·         Let Go - during the main session, the initial intention is to let go. Let go of any fears, expectations, thoughts, etc. Simply allow the light in. 

·         Trust - each session is completely different. Trust that you will get exactly what you need in that moment.

·         Sharing - when everyone is ready, there will be an opportunity to share your experiences. Remembering - it's all white light so whatever you see or experience is all uniquely created by you!

·         Group IR - after everyone feels complete in sharing their experience, Katrina will offer her IR (Intuitive Reading). Clients report their IR being an important aspect to understanding the depths of their sessions and integrating the meaning into their lives. 

·         Grounding - we recommend everyone takes at least 30 minutes to simply be present before picking up your phone or driving a car. Meditating or journaling are recommended at this point. 

·         Water - drink plenty of water as energy has been moved and cleared throughout your system. Drinking water will help continue to flush your system. Taking a walk and eating a light snack will help ground you before continuing your day. It is highly recommended that the group (if possible) do this together to bring further awareness to your session.

 

Preparation for your Sessions:

·         Drink lots of water leading up to your session.·         Try to get a great night sleep prior.·         Avoid Caffeine 2-4 hour prior.·         Avoid Alcohol/Drugs 24 hours prior.·         Try not to eat a heavy meal.·         Let go of expectations to outcome.

SAFETY: the Lucia N°03 is completely safe for the eyes. Even if your eyes are to flutter open, the light will not harm your eyes. It is only questionable for those with light-sensitive epilepsy due to its stroboscopic function. Clients who have a history of seizures would be advised to consult their doctors.
